How to register for DTCDC Puppy and Beginner Classes:
Pre-registration and Pre-payment is required.
Our classes fill up quickly and class sizes are limited.

To Register for Classes:
Download, print and fill out the registration form – Click Dog Tag Below

Mail the following to the address at the top of the registration form:

1) Completed and signed registration form. Make sure both pages of form are completed and you include your contact information so we can confirm receipt of your registration.

2) Check payable to DTCDC for the appropriate class fee.

3) A copy of your puppy or dog’s complete vaccination history. Minimum vaccination requirements are 2 DHPP or DHLPP vaccinations for puppies under the age of 6 months, and 2 DHPP or DHLPP + Rabies vaccination for puppies and dogs over the age of 6 months.

For advanced classes (Intermediate, Novice, Open, and Utility), please click “Contact Us” and send the Training Director an email on which class you are interested in.

“Beginner Monday, Beginner Wednesday and Puppy students are required to attend first night orientation on Monday for there first class. Please do not bring your dog to first night orientation.”
